Extremely cute bag, seems pretty roomy, but I don't think would work as an everyday school bag. More for toting stuff around a theme park or on vacation.

Bought this as a back to school gift for my neice. It's the perfect size for a middle schooler. It may be a little small for a high school student but for her it works well.

This is a cute backpack. The cross body design design is very nice. Although, the pack is cheap, cheap , cheap. You don't "get what you pay for", if so this pack should sell for about $5.00. After less than 30 days use by my second grader the strap pulled out of the body of the back pack. The pack looks new, with the exception of the detached strap. I purchased this prior to the start of the school year, in August. Unfortunately, Amazon has a 30 day return/replacement on this item, therefore, I can get no replacement or refund. I am stuck with a pack which is falling apart at the seams, literally.

I bought this bag thinking how pretty it was, and how ergonomic it would be for carrying things. It could have been had the main clip holding the strap stayed together. The lining ripped the first time I used it, and the customer service for Trail Maker appears to be someone in New York who was still sleeping when I called at 11 am MST. I returned it per Amazon instructions, and hope to get most of my money back, but have my doubts. I won't be purchasing another one like this because of the problems I had.

So I am using this bag as my daughters diaper bag, she's 8 months. Within a month the liner was ripped and now less then two months of owning it, the main compartment zipper is becoming un-sewn. Should have gone to walmart and got a 5$ back pack. . .
